Mr. Pommerening earned his undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary and a Masters of Business Administration from the Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.

William (Bill) E. Pommerening, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of RP® Financial, LC., has provided consulting, valuation, merger and acquisition advisory and planning services to the financial services industry since 1983.  Mr. Pommerening, a co-founder of RP® Financial, has led hundreds of valuation engagements on behalf of the firm, including valuation analyses in conjunction with initial public, secondary and rights offerings of banks, thrifts, insurance companies and other financial services firms, as well as securities held by ESOPs, profit sharing plans, estates and trusts.  Under the direction of Mr. Pommerening, RP® Financial has become a national leader in providing valuations for companies pursuing demutualization as well as merger advisory services for financial services companies and their subsidiaries.
