Mr. Paladeau holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the College of William & Mary.

Mr. Paleadeau is currently Vice President of Technology Business Development for Marriott International. He began with the firm in 1981 and has held a variety of local, regional and international positions in finance, real estate, management, development and acquisitions, and most recently, the world-wide roll-out of high speed internet access plus global responsibility for technology inititatives to impact hotel guest experiences.
