Paul R. Lawrence

Mr. Lawrence earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his Masters and Ph.D. in Economics from Virginia Tech. Mr. Lawrence served in the U.S. Army, attaining the rank of Captain. He graduated from the Army's Airborne School and was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal.

Mr. Lawrence helps government leaders solve their problems. He works with federal executives, helping them solve complex problems by designing unique solutions based on best practices in similar government settings or the private sector. He has 24 years of experience in consulting, systems integration, and outsourcing with Federal, state and local, education, and healthcare organizations. Prior to forming his own management consulting firm, Mr. Lawrence was a Vice President with IBM Business Consulting Services and a consulting Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
