Bradley J. Davis
Class of ‘68

 

Mr. Davis holds a Degree in Accounting from the College of William & Mary.  He earned his law degree as well as an LLM degree in Taxation from the University of Texas Law School and is a licensed CPA.  He has an “AV” rating by Martindale Hubbell. He’s admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and other relevant Federal Courts plus all Florida courts.
 
At Davis & Kennedy, P.A., Mr. Davis’ legal practice spans all facets of tax and business planning for individuals and business entities, dispute resolution, and business ownership succession.  He’s represented many individuals and businesses before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the U.S. Tax Court on a variety of issues, such as alleged tax deficiencies, valuations, sales transactions, disallowances, characterizations of income and payments, and contractor vs. employee determinations.

Besides serving on the Advisory Board of the Thomas Jefferson Program, Mr. Davis is a veteran Board Chairman, President and Member of numerous not-for-profit Florida organizations devoted to health, including hospitals, health centers, leukemia, mental illness and the homeless.
