Strategic Plan: Into the Fourth Century
The College of William and Mary continues to be identified as the fourth most efficient institution of higher education in the country, judged by two measures: its academic reputation and its low level of expenditures. While striving to maintain cost effectiveness, the College also needs to invest in areas that will support the academic mission of the institution and enable faculty, staff and students to function more productively.
