On behalf of the Strategic Planning Committee, I am pleased to submit to you for your review and approval, Into the Fourth Century: A Plan for the Future of William and Mary. As you can see, the Committee has responded to the comments and suggestions of the community on the draft Plan. This, our final report, contains a number of significant changes.
