All applications submitted after July 1st, 2008 will be placed on a waiting list, if spaces become available you will be notified in the order in which your application was received.

1st Lottery - CLOSED Jun 30th, results will be e-mailed NLT Jul 7, 2008

2nd Lottery - In Progress through Jul 31st, notices will be sent via e-mail NLT Aug 4, 2008
