Citation Appeals
Appeals Forms and Submission
Please use the following forms to submit an appeal.
- An appeal must be made within 10 working days of the violation.
- Violations paid within 10 working days are reduced by $5.00. If you appeal the citation but pay the fine within 10 working days, you will receive the reduction. If your appeal is upheld you will be sent a refund.
- If an appeal is not made in a timely manner or if payment is past due the appeal will be denied.
