Massage sessions are reserved online with our scheduling system MindBody.

Note: We have had some reports from clients that they are not able to access our massage scheduling page on mindbodyonline.com in Internet Explorer. If you experience this problem, please try going to mindbodyonline.com in Firefox or Google Chrome.

Click here to make an appointment. To make your appointment, you will need to create a user profile, with a username and password. It will just take a few minutes. We are not able to accept online payments at this time. Please make your payment at the Recreation Center front desk before your massage. We accept payments of cash, check, W&M express, and credit/debit cards. If you are off campus and would like to have a gift certificate delivered you can make a purchase over the phone by calling Jenny Fisher at 757-221-3313.

Individuals not affiliated with the College must have a William & Mary "sponsor" in order to make a massage appointment. This means that they must have a William & Mary student, faculty or staff member or a current Rec Center privilege card holder come with them into the Rec Center when they get their massage. Non-college affiliates with a sponsor are eligible for Faculty/Staff & Privilege Card Holder prices, plus an additional $5.00 guest fee.

It is required that massage sessions are reserved with 24 hours advanced notice.

Our Massage Therapists use Jojoba Oil, a USDA-certified organic oil which is non-allergenic and non-comedogenic.  It leaves your skin feeling soft, smooth, and conditioned, not greasy, oily or sticky. Massage lotion is available for use if you prefer.
