Running a 5K can seem daunting but Zero to 5K is designed to train even the most beginner runners/walkers for a 5K. All skill and experience levels are encouraged to come out and participate in a supportive and fun introduction to the benefits of running. Participants will discover that running is a great stress reliever, and a perfect group activity to do with friends. This 8 session series will end in time for you to show off you new skills and love for running in the Bee & Goody 5K on Sunday, November 19th.
