Women in the Weight Room

Have you ever wanted to lift weights, but aren't sure how? Are you intimidated by the weight room? Come learn to lift with us! In this two-part series, participants will learn lifting and strength techniques while getting a great workout! During the first session, instructors focus on mobility, bodyweight strength, and the fundamentals of form. The second session is structured around the Big 3 (back squat, deadlift, and bench press) along with dumbbell, kettlebell, and cable work to give participants the tools to create their own lifting workouts. Get strong, gain confidence, have fun, and learn a new skill! All fitness levels are welcome, but this class is for ladies only!
