Use the ancient Chinese internal martial art to manage stress and anxiety and flow towards peace. Taiji or “Tai Chi” is an internal martial art, which focuses on moving energy, on softness and flexibility overcoming rigidity and hardness, and a few ounces deflecting a thousand pounds. Each movement encompasses a martial intention, a philosophy of yin and yang, and a health aspect.
