TRX® Circuit SGT is a circuit based interval workout using the TRX suspension bands and various other gym equipment that will surely make you sweat. Over the course of the class we will get more familiar with the TRX and how to include it in your workouts effectively. This workout is perfect for both the experienced athlete looking to take their workout to the next level and the fitness beginner looking to become more familiar with some of the gym equipment.
