Policies and Registration

Cost

Small Group Training is included in our Fitwell Pass membership. Patrons without a Fitwell pass must pay a $15.00 fee for each series at the front desk.

Registration

Registration opens August 19th! Patrons with a current Fitwell Pass may register online for free. Those without a Fitwell Pass can register online and pay the non-refundable $15.00 course fee. Registration will close 48-hours in advance of the first class of the series.

Class Check-in

Participants will check-in at the front desk.

Add/Drop

Participants may drop out of any series prior to its start date with no penalty, as long as at least 48 hours-notice is given. If a participant drops out of a series with less than 48 hours-notice of the start date, a $20 late cancellation fee will be charged. Please email [[plstuhlmuller, Paige Stuhlmuller]] with any dropped courses.

If a space opens up prior to the series start date, the waiting list on MindBody will ulitized to fill the newly opened spot.

Attendance

Classes meet during specified dates and times and consistent attendance is suggested - this program is designed with the intention of accommodating participants who can commit to regularly attending class.

Participants will communicate directly with the Series Instructor(s) through email or in person about an upcoming absence.

Participants must let Instructor(s) know about an absence by 12:00pm on the day of the class; otherwise it will be noted as an unexcused absence.

Extenuating circumstances may be considered to lift an unexcused absence.

If a participant receives an unexcused absence, he/she will be fined $20. The participant cannot return to class until that fine has been paid. Payment can be made at the Student Recreation Center front desk.

  • If a participant misses four or more classes of a series, excused or unexcused they will be removed from the series.
  • If a participant misses the first class of the series they will be removed from the series.
  • If a spot opens up due to an absence in the first class, the wait list will be utilized and a new participant may join the series.
Communication

Instructors will send out an email to all participants prior to the start of the series reminding them of these rules and policies, as well as their contact information. This will give participants the opportunity to ask any questions, voice any concerns, and drop out of the series with no penalty if they no longer wish to participate.
