William & Mary’s NEWEST fitness program is Small Group Training! Join our certified instructors or trainers in a multi-class program designed to meet specialized fitness goals or interests! Small group training classes are not drop-in and must be registered for in advance.

Spring 2015 Small Group Training Schedule

This spring, three different courses will be offered: High-Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.), TRX Circuit and Zero to 5K.

  • H.I.I.T. and TRX Circuit each have two series: February series, March series. The HIIT series consists of 8 classes (2 classes per week for 4 weeks) on specified dates and times. The TRX Circuit series consists of 10 classes (2 classes per week for 5 weeks) on specified dates and times.
  • Zero to 5K will  have one March series.
