Group Fitness

Participate in a wide variety of dynamic fitness classes at the Student Recreation Center! Classes are designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced exercisers. Join us throughout the year for Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Barre, Step, Spinning, Body Pump, Body Combat and much more!

Spring 2016 Group Fitness Schedule
Jan. 25-April 28
The first week (Jan. 25-31) is FREE for W&M students, faculty/staff and Rec Center Privilege Card Holders. Beginning Monday, Feb. 1, participants must have a Fitwell Pass in order to participate in group fitness classes.
