Group Fitness

Participate in a wide variety of dynamic fitness classes at the Student Recreation Center! Classes are designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced exercisers. Join us throughout the year for Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Barre, Step, Spinning, Body Pump, Body Combat and much more!

Summer Session I Group Fitness Schedule
Tuesday, May 31-Friday, July 1

*No classes on Monday, May 30th. The Student Rec Center is closed for Memorial Day.
The first week of classes (May 31-June 5) is FREE for W&M students, faculty/staff members and privilege card holders.
