Group Fitness

Participate in a wide variety of dynamic fitness classes at the Student Recreation Center! Classes are designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced exercisers. Join us throughout the year for Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Barre, Step, Spinning, Body Pump, Body Combat and much more!

Spring 2016 Group Fitness Schedule
Jan. 25-April 28

Participants must have a Fitwell Pass in order to participate in group fitness classes.

Sat, April 30-Wed, May 11
All group fitness classes beginning Fri, April 29th are FREE for W&M students, faculty/staff members and Rec Center privilege card holders.
