 Participate in a wide variety of dynamic fitness classes at the Student Recreation Center! Classes are designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced exercisers. Join us throughout the year for Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Step, Spinning, Body Pump, Body Combat and much more!

Spring 2015 Group Fitness Schedule

Begins Monday, January 26th
The first week (through Sunday, Feb. 1) is FREE for W&M Students, Faculty/Staff members and Privilege Card Holders.

Beginning Monday, Feb. 2, patrons must have a Fitwell Pass or purchase a drop-in pass ($5.00) to participate in classes.

Spring Fitwell Passes will go on sale at the Rec Center front desk beginning Monday, Jan. 12th.
