 Participate in a wide variety of dynamic fitness classes at the Student Recreation Center! Classes are designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced exercisers. Join us throughout the year for Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Step, Spinning, Body Pump, Body Combat and much more!

Summer Interim 2014 Group Fitness Schedule
August 18-29
Classes are free for Rec Center Members (W&M students, faculty/staff and privlege card holders).

Fall 2014 Group Fitness Schedule
(Begins Tuesday Sept. 2nd- FREE for Rec Center members through Sunday, Sept. 7th)

Patrons must have a Fitwell Pass or purchase a drop-in pass to participate in classes during regular schedules.
