The Scheduling Office holds lottery in mid October for the scheduling of meetings/events for the Spring Semester and late March for the scheduling of meeting/events for the Fall Semester.
An information packet will be available outside the Scheduling office door two weeks before the scheduled lottery week.
In order to secure a lottery number for your organization, you must turn in at least one facility request form. You will draw your lottery number at the time you turn in your facility request form, so be sure to come during office hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm). Each organization that has secured a lottery number during lottery week will have an additional week to add more requests to that number.
All requests turned in after lottery will be scheduled after all lottery requets have been honored.
We will send email confirmations for all events by the end of the exam period.
