The Scheduling Office holds lottery in late September for the scheduling of meetings/events for the Spring Semester and late March for the scheduling of meeting/events for the Fall Semester.
An information packet will be sent through campus mail to the contact person on file for your organization 3-4 weeks before Lottery begins.
In order to secure a lottery number for your organization, you must turn in at least one request. You will draw your lottery number at the time you turn in your reservation(s), so be sure to come during office hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm). Each organization that has secured a lottery number during lottery week will have an additional week to add any additional requests to that number.
All requests turned in after lottery will have no priority and will be assigned after all other requests.
We will notify you by phone and written confirmation to your CS Box as soon as your event is scheduled.
