Student Activities Resource Area - SARA

The Student Organizations Office Suite is located on the second floor of the Campus Center. Office space is evaluated on a yearly basis. Requests for space should be directed to the Associate Vice President of Student Affairs during the spring prior to the start of the academic year.

Recognized student organizations are allowed to use the equipment in the Office Suite, the open work area, and conference room. Reservations for the stage conference room must be made in advance though the Office Manager.

Located in the back of the Office Suite is the Student Activities Resource Area (SARA).  Student Organizations are welcome to use the following: 

  • Two Computers
  • Buttom Maker
  • LaserJet Printer
  • Color Poster Printer
  • Die-Cut Machine
  • Hot & Cold Laminators
  • Paper Shredder
  • Paper Cutter
  • Three Hole Punch
  • Large Work Table
To use the SARA, you must be SARA trained, which is a short training that can be conducted any time the SARA coordinator is on duty.  The SARA Coordinator is [[e|jgpeterson, Jordan Peterson]], please contact her with questions about or suggestions for the SARA.

Copying Privileges:

 

Copier and paper privileges are granted to all recognized clubs and organizations. The copy code for your organization may be obtained from the Student Activiteis Office Manager, Campus Center Room 203.

Copy costs will be charged to your organization, therefore it is in your best interest to ensure that copying privileges are not abused.

To use the copier, enter your 4 digit code on the keypad located at the top right corner of the machine and press enter.

Make sure to clear your code when finished.
