Meals included in registration: continental breakfast, lunch, and a reception.
Cancellation Policy: In order to receive a partial refund, cancellation requests must be submitted to Conference Services no later than November 1st. Refunds will be the cost of registration paid minus a $10 Administrative fee. Cancellations after November 1st are not eligible for refund.
Substitution Policy: Organizations or college/university administrative units may substitute participants if needed. For example, if a Hall Council officer can no longer attend, that Hall Council may send a different participant instead. In order to substitute a participant, the organization or administrative unit must log into the registration system and locate the account associated with their registration and update the participant information. Substitutions must be completed by November 7th. For substitutions made after November 1st, we cannot guarantee that dietary restrictions/requests can be accommodated, though we will make every effort to do so.
