Gleaning Club

Interest Club
Email:: [[e|gleaning]]
Purpose: The purpose of this organization will be to glean. Gleaning is to collect food which has been left behind by a farmer or gardener after a harvest. This food is high-quality and healthful; often the farmer simply doesn’t not have sufficient funds to run equipment a second time to collect the extra food. The William and Mary Gleaning Club would collect this food and arrange for it to be donated to local agencies, such as Campus Kitchens, etc.
