General Scheduling Information
Non-College Events
The Scheduling Office is here to help you reserve space for meetings, parties, weddings, wedding receptions, and other special events you would like to hold on campus.
A written request is to be submitted to the Scheduling Office no more than one year in advance of your event date. Please include the following information on your request: name (bride and groom if wedding), address, telephone number, event date, event time, description of event, number of attendees, location, and alternate dates and locations. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a phone call and/or written confirmation/contract from the Scheduling Office.

Locations
The Scheduling Office schedules the following locations: University Center, Campus Center, all academic buildings (for non-academic class related meetings, films, lectures, etc.), Phi Beta Kappa Hall, Dodge Room, Sunken Garden, Crim Dell Amphitheatre, Crim Dell Bridge, Crim Dell Meadow, Fraternity Field, Intramural Field, Yates Field, Lake Matoaka Amphitheatre, and Lake Matoaka Shelter.
There are other locations on campus that are scheduled within their own department. Call the Scheduling Office to obtain contacts for those locations.
