Women's Leadership Program

This selective program, available to junior and senior women, accepts 25 participants each Fall. Participants in WLP are active leaders in academics, athletics, campus clubs and community organizations. Leadership training and life planning skills specifically for women are incorporated into this eight-week program. The goal of WLP is to provide a forum for women to learn more about themselves as leaders, discuss women’s issues, and gain clarification on career and life goals. Participants meet with speakers from the College, its alumni and the community to address these topics. Women’s Leadership Program is an exciting and impressive addition to your college experience. It promises to be an exciting and dynamic addition to your college experience.

WLP is a non-credit, voluntary program. Women from previous classes have found it to be very beneficial. Their comments have included:
