Men's Leadership Program

This selective leadership program is available to 15 junior and senior men during the fall semester. After soliciting nominations from the campus community, the men are selected from this highly capable applicant pool. The program lasts for nine weeks, and is meant to be participatory in nature.

Faculty, staff, and community leaders are asked to speak on their areas of expertise. Following each presentation, participants are encouraged to have a lively dialogue on the topic at hand. Two of the nine sessions come directly from students, as they make presentations to their fellow participants. Our goal is simple: help to create better individuals so that they can give back to their communities at W&M, and long after they graduate!
