LEAP Leadership Program
The LEAP Leadership Program is designed for students on campus who want to become more successful, knowledgeable and skillful leaders within their organizations. The purpose of LEAP is to aid the development of effective leadership skills to be used throughout your lifetime.The program consists of regular sessions throughout the semester. Topics vary semester to semester, but may include personal leadership and success skills, effectively working with others, personality and leadership styles, as well as team development and motivation. Students walk away from the program growing personally as leaders and able to cultivate their organization's growth. LEAP sessions are open to all students. Come to one session or come to all, there is no application process for participation in LEAP!
All sessions are 1:00 - 1:50p.m in the Sadler Center York Room; lunch (pizza and soft drinks) will be provided.
