Safe shelter is defined as:

  • Any building normally occupied or frequently used by people that has plumbing and/or wiring to ground the structure.
  • In the absence of a building as described above, any vehicle with a hard metal roof (car, van, bus, etc.) can provide a degree of safety.
Services provided at each game:
  • Water, injury ice and emergency supplies at the game.
  • Access to the Athletic Training Facility in Kaplan Arena (room 104) 2 hours prior to and immediately after the game for basic taping and injury care.
  • Modality access must be requested 48 hours prior to the game.
  • Certified athletic trainer at the game.
  • Physician will be on-call.
