We'll be holding our annual Employment Fair on March 15 to hire new student employees for the fall semester. We are looking for highly responsible undergraduate, graduate, or law students to apply for all positions.
At the fair, you'll be able to meet current student employees and learn more about the roles they play within the Sadler & Campus Centers. You may complete a paper application at the fair or an online application now. If you submitted an application during the 2012-2013 academic year, this application has remained on file and you are not required to complete another application. All applicants must attend attend an interview at the Employment Fair to be considered for employment, and select applicants will then be contacted for a second interview the following week. You do not need to sign up for interviews before the fair; they will be conducted on a first come, first served basis. If you have submitted an application in advance, you will most likely spend approximately 30 minutes in combined wait/interview time. Casual attire is acceptable for all interviews.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- All student employees must be full-time undergraduate, graduate, or law school students at William & Mary.
- All student employees must be in good academic standing with the College and must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or greater during the time of their employment.
- Building Managers may not be simultaneously employed as a resident assistant, head resident, hall director, or in any other position that would prevent attendance and/or participation in training without receiving prior permission.
- All employees are required to attend and fully participate in semiannual training (August 19-20 and mid-January). Absence from training may be grounds for immediate dismissal.
