Caylie joined the Global Education Office in May 2014 as the Global Education Programs and Services Coordinator. She advises on study abroad opportunities, manages the study abroad coursework transfer process, oversees the Study Abroad Student Advisory Board and the Peer Advisors, and coordinates cultural programming such as pre-departure orientations and re-entry events.
Prior to joining William & Mary, Caylie worked at North Carolina State University and Old Dominion University. She has a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages and Linguistics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where she focused in French and a Master’s in International Higher Education Leadership from Old Dominion University.
Caylie's passion for International Education began with her study abroad experience. She studied in France for a year through International Student Exchange Programs (ISEP) and in Italy twice. She is very devoted to International Education and helping students, and she believes that learning empowers us to communicate across boundaries, enriching our lives and the lives of others.
