VACUHO RA CONFERENCE 2014

Save The Date

Date: October 31-November 1, 2014

Fees:  $5.00 reduced rate if each attendee brings at least one a can of food!

  • $70 regular price or $65 and a can of food per student
  • $80 regular price or $75 and a can of food per professional staff

This includes lunch and dinner on Saturday, refreshments, entertainment and all registration materials.

Philanthropy: We are collecting cans for Campus Kitchen to be boxed and distributed to local families in need.   

Some possible events we have planned: 

  •       Haunted Hotel Event - feel free to wear costumes! 
  •       Lunch with live entertainment
  •       Professional/advisor sessions (if enough interest) 

Theme: The Wizard of Oz (or any variation like Wicked, The Wiz, etc.)                    

Registration is OPEN: Opens September 18, 2014, closes October 20, 2014. Spaces are limited. No refunds.

Awards/Skit/Roll Call/Banner competitions:  Information will be posted soon.

Suggested Hotels: Below is a list of a few local hotels that serve continental breakfast. There are dozens of hotels in Williamsburg to choose from. 

Book Holiday Inn or Fairfield Inn by October 2nd to receive the special rate of $83.00 per night.
Be sure to identify yourself as being with VA. Assoc. of College and Univ. Housing Officers and refer to the group code VAC to receive the discount.
