Transfer Student Housing

Welcome to the College of William and Mary! The transfer student housing application will be available beginning in December. Check back for the exact date. We encourage you to apply early as housing is limited. We will begin making offers for Fall housing in late May or early June and continue throughout the summer, for Spring housing in late December and early January. Please make sure you provide us with contact information for the appropriate timeframe. Assignments are based on the date the housing application is received by Residence Life and space availability.
