Room Selection & Housing Assignments

The Room Selection Process (RSP) is one of the annual spring traditions at William and Mary. The process allows currently enrolled students (enrolled for the spring semester) the opportunity to choose their rooms and roommates for the following academic year. The majority of the process is done on-line, so you will be able to select your room from the comfort of your own room or even from another country!

There are seperate Room Selection Processes for Graduate and Undergraduate students.  Visit your specific link on the left side menu for specific details on each process.

Following the Room Selection Process, housing assignments for returning and transfer students are made. The assignments are based on the date the housing application is received by Residence Life and space availability.
