The PRC is staff by an Assistant Director and five Program Advocates. The Assistant Director provides leadership for the department's programming efforts, manages the PRC, and serves as the department's webmaster.

Program Advocates (PAs) assist residence life student staff and hall governance bodies with their programming efforts by staffing the PRC for approximately 45 hours per week. PAs research and design "Programs at Your Finger Tips", "Bulletin Boards in a Bag", bulletin board posters, and provide consultation . PAs also have collatoral assignments in the areas of staff development, resource specialist, campus wide programming, information technology, and inventory management.
