Jefferson Hall
Welcome to Jefferson Hall! Jefferson's residents enjoy easy access to the academic buildings on Old Campus, the Sunken Garden where students are often found playing volleyball, frisbee, football, or taking a nap between classes, and the Campus Center which houses the Marketplace dining facility. The duty office for the Outer Limits area is located on the first floor. Residents can be found cooking in one of the four kitchens in the building or in one of the lounges that are located on each floor. The laundry room is located in the basement. Jefferson Hall opened in 1921 and was named after the third President of the United States, Thomas Jefferson. Jefferson Hall has a history. It was nearly destroyed in a fire in January of 1983, and re-opened in 1985. The basement of Jefferson Hall is handicap accessible.
