Cleanliness is an important component of the safety and security of the community. The central objective of Custodial Services operations is to maintain a clean living and study environment. Custodial Services Staff maintain established levels of cleanliness in compliance with custodial routines and health and safety procedures. The community's safety and security is further enhanced by the initiative taken by staff to identify and report building and area maintenance problems and concerns.

The Custodial Services Staff are assigned to particular buildings and areas to assist students in keeping the common areas clean when students are in residence.
