Address Information

The Office of the University Registrar can update mailing, local and permanent addresses for active students. All students are required to provide and maintain a valid mailing address. All students who do not reside on campus (i.e. in a residence hall) are also required to maintain a current local address and phone number.

If your mailing address is ALSO your local address, you must provide the SAME address for both address types.

Currently enrolled students may update mailing and local addresses through Banner Self Service. All active addresses on your record are viewable under Personal Information in Banner Self Service.

Campus Residence Hall Assigned each semester based on your room assignment. Residence Life  
Campus Station Box Campus Post Office box. Campus Postal Services Assigned your first semester.
Forwarding (Post Office) Forwards your campus station box mail. Campus Postal Services Used only for students who will not be returning to the College. Expires one year after last date of enrollment.
HR Campus / Faculty / Staff Department Identifies your physical work location if employed by the College. Human Resources  
Parent, Guardian, or Spouse Used for correspondence from the Dean of Students. Dean of Students Typically parent or guardian.
Parent, Guardian, or Spouse Used for correspondence from the Dean of Students. Dean of Students Used if specifing more than one parent or guardian name and address.
Academic - Release to Parents Indicates that a student has authorized the release of academic information by the Dean of Students to parent/guardian. Dean of Students Can be added or revoked at the student's request.
Financial - Release to Parents Indicates that a student has authorized the release of financial information to parent/guardian. Dean of Students Can be added or revoked at the student's request.
Jud/Honor - Release to Parents Indicates that a student has authorized the release of Judicial/Honor Code information by the Dean of Students to parent/guardian. Dean of Students Can be added or revoked at the student's request.
