William and Mary Campus Recreation offers a variety of fitness and wellness programs designed to enhance your pursuits of a healthier lifestyle. These programs include group fitness classes, personal training, fitness certification opportunities, training courses, massage therapy, semester incentive programs, workshops, our annual health fair, and other special events.

All classes are FREE for W&M students, fac/staff members and privilege card holders!
Summer Session I Schedule (Tues, May 28-Fri, June 28).
*No classes on Monday, May 27th (Memorial Day).
Participants must purchase a Fitwell Pass to attend these classes or there is a $5.00 drop-in fee.
