William and Mary Recreational Sports offers a variety of fitness and wellness programs designed to enhance your pursuits of a healthier lifestyle. These programs include group fitness classes, personal training, fitness certification opportunities, training courses, massage, semester incentive programs, workshops, our annual health fair, and other special events.

Group Fitness

Summer Session Free Week: Monday, May 21st-Friday, May 25th (all group fitness classes are free for W&M students, faculty, staff and privilege card holders.

Summer Session I Group Fitness Schedule: Tuesday, May 29th and go through Friday, June 29th.

Summer Session II Group Fitness Schedule: Monday, July 2nd-Friday, August 3rd.

Personal Training

We are currently accepting new clients through the end of the spring semester, Friday April 27th. After that date any new clients will join the waiting list for summer training.

Massage

This semester, we have added hot stone massage and aromatherapy to our services. We are also offering chair massage "to-go" for just $50/hour. Check our website for more information.
