Get ready for a great weekend by treating yourself to Kate's class! It will focus on linking movement with breath to stretch and relax the body, create internal heat and detoxify the body through sweating. This aerobic class will simultaneously improve muscular strength, endurance and flexibility while stimulating organ health and mental focus.
