Supplier Diversity

Small, Women-, and Minority-owned Businesses

Virginia's SWaM program was established in 2006 to enhance business opportunities for small, women- and minority-owned businesses.  In order for a vendor to be recognized as a SWaM vendor by the Commonwealth, the vendor must be certified through the Virginia Department of Minority Business Enterprise (DMBE).  Certification information may be found at DMBE's website: http://dmbe.virginia.gov/swamcert.html.

Please take time to read the College's 2012-2013  Plan for Participation by Small Businesses and Businesses Owned by Women and Minorities (pdf).
