This weekend, Branch Out Regional is offering TWO TRIPS!!!

1) DC Central Kitchen and DC Food and Friends.  Both deal with the issue of food insecurity.  We will be working to prepare meals for distribution to DC area non-profits and shelters.  Food and Friends has a special focus on serving people with HIV/AIDS and other serious illnesses.  This is an overnight trip, and is currently on a waiting list only.

 2) Virginia Beach Special Olympics - This Saturday to Sunday overnight will work with the Special Olympics of Virginia at the 800+ athlete fall championship in roller skating, bowling, volleyball, soccer, bocce and golf!
