A community service program of the Colonial Community Services Board and Mary Immaculate Hospital. Agency serves families with young children regardless of level of income or place of residence. Primary prevention services include parent/child interactive playgroups, parenting classes, including those with a children’s component and ongoing parent support. Secondary prevention services include home visits, teen parent support, intensive parenting education and literacy education.
Volunteers are needed for special events on the weekends, such as family carnivals. Unpaid internships are also available working with a variety of education programs.
