Description

The purpose of this program is to provide community based services to the 9th District Juvenile Court and Court Service Unit to facilitate diversion of youth from detention. The program provides a cost-effective method of retaining youth in the community and in the care of their parents.

Need

Volunteers are needed to monitor the youth by telephone and provide a log of the conversations to the coordinator. Volunteers will also be permitted to attend proceedings of the Court and participate in special seminars on related programs.
