"Early Decision" lottery open.
This is our way of allowing people who are committed to joining an alternative spring break to do so, early, and have their plans set before winter break even begins.  Tell your friends!  Sign up online beginning November 10.

January 1
Lottery opens online.

January 22
Information Session, 7 pm, Tidewater A

January 30
Noon, lottery closes.  Lottery entrants informed of their status that afternoon; those who didn't get a trip via the lottery are able to apply for a trip.
Financial Aid applications for lottery entrants due at noon. 
Payments for trips accepted in the Office of Community Engagement, Blow 326A, between 8:30 and 2:30, Monday through Friday. $250 cash, or check made out to the College of William and Mary.

February 2
Participant applications due at noon; Financial Aid applications due at noon; lottery entrants' notified of status on financial aid applications.

Trip payments due at 2:30 pm in the Office of Community Engagement, Blow Hall 326A.

First team meetings, 5:00 to 7:30 pm, Tidewater A&B. Meet your team and trip leaders and choose meeting dates for future meetings. Emergency Contact & Health Information & Liability Release form due.

March 8-14
Spring Break; trips go!

After Spring Break
Reorientation with your trip (as scheduled by site leaders)
