Registration Information

Registration for 2017 Active Citizens Conference has closed. 

Your conference registration fee includes conference participation,materials, breakfast, and lunch on Saturday.

You must register for the conference if you are presenting. There are no discounts for presenters.

$35 William & Mary Student Registration
$75 Student Registration
$75 Non-Profit Registration
$125 Faculty/Staff/Other Registration

W&M Students can apply for conference funding through Student Leadership Development. Funding requests are due December 2, 2016. 


Registrants can pay by check or Purchase Order*.  Please mail to: Regina Calvin, Active Citizens Conference, College of William & Mary, Office of Community Engagement, P.O. 8795, Williamsburg, VA 23187-8795. Checks should be made payable to The College of William & Mary (Federal ID # 54-6001718). All checks must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. Once payment is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation showing a zero balance.

*William & Mary students may pay in cash or check. 

 Refund and Cancellation Policy

A $50.00 administrative fee will be charged to all cancellations.  No cancellation refunds will be honored after February 8, 2017 at 5pm. Attendee substitutions can be made prior by February 10th by emailing [[rcalvin, Regina Calvin]].  No substitutions will be allowed after February 10th at 5pm.

In the unlikely event that this program is canceled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will not refund registration fees and cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
