History

The VA Engage Network was established in August 2008 for the purpose of convening invested administrators, faculty, students and community partners.  It was decided there would be no membership fee and that all Virginia colleges and universities, two and four yer, public and private would be eligible for membership.  An executive board was established for the purpose of convening stakeholders and providing administration for activities. 

The VA Engage Network hosts an annual meeeting each fall, facilitates the operation of the VA Engage Journal, and supports the William & Mary Active Citizens Conference.
