A thriving 30-person “think-and-do tank,” AidData is leading a global movement to fundamentally change the way that development assistance is targeted, measured, and evaluated. AidData connects those who decide policy with those who study it and those who are affected by it. We equip agencies with the tools and training to adopt smarter policies, and communities to better understand what is happening locally while holding donors accountable.
Your support will train our students to become global citizens and provide a launching pad for careers of service. It will provide them with unique experiences in the field and equip them with professional and life skills. It will also catalyze world-class research on how to most effectively combat the scourges of disease, illiteracy, and poverty.
Our faculty, staff and students promote connections between open data, rigorous research, and policy for international development. We work across campus to provide interdisciplinary perspectives, solutions, and opportunities for a wide range of stakeholders within and outside the College. As a result, we are informing policy at a global level.
