Quick Access: Request IT
Request IT allows customers to self-submit requests for selected IT services. For all other services and technical support, contact the Technology Support Center at 757-221-4357 (HELP), [[support]].
Request IT Services
Use Request IT to:
- Order a Leased Computer
- Order Discounted Software (for College owned Computers only)
- Request Microsoft Office for your home computer
- Request a WMuserid (for College Affiliate or guest etc.)
- Request Banner Access (Banner Admin and Finance Self-Service)
- Submit Project and Programming requests, including Banner Report requests
Get Started using Request IT
First, login to Request IT
- To start using the Request IT site, navigate to support.wm.edu/home.aspx.
- Click Login. (Located on top right of page)
- Type your WMuserid and Password as shown below.
Careful! You must type "campus\" before your WMuserid.
Once you are logged-in...
- Make a selection from the tabs on the top row. (Hover to see all options.)
- Choose the appropriate selection for your request and fill-in all appropriate fields.
- Scroll down to make sure you have filled-out the entire form.
- Click Save when you are finished.
