For more details see the Box Help website about Managing Your Files.

Update your profile information

Update the information in your Box profile, including your name, profile picture, job title, web site URL, and phone number on the Profile tab of your Account Settings.   Instructions for updating your profile here.

Share your files securely

Data security is of utmost imporance at W&M.  It's always important to share confidential and sensitive data in a secure manner.  Use the security settings detailed in the Securing Box Files and Folder webpage when sharing this type of data.

Box apps

We recommend using two Box apps: Box Sync and Box Edit.

Box Sync allows you to easily sync files between your desktop and other devices. This is especially useful for files you wish to be able to access offline and/or work on frequently.

Box Edit allows you to conveniently edit documents stored in Box without the need to save them to your desktop.  In particular, Box Edit is recommended for editing sensitive data files.
