If all you want your Blackberry to do is receive your email, we recommend using a forward from your William & Mary email to your Blackberry. To sync up your Blackberry with Outlook Calendar, the device will need to be set up on our Blackberry Enterprise Server. In order for this to happen, you must have enterprise level service on the phone either through the College or your personal account and you must sign a waiver.

If you can meet the above requirements and would like to have BOTH your Outlook email and calendar log in to Request IT Request IT with your WMuserid and password and complete an online request form. Select New Request > Email/Calendar. Not sure if you have the Enterprise Service on your Blackberry? You should contact your Blackberry vendor or the Technology Support Center.
