Your W&M Exchange account comes fully equipped with Outlook Calendar, the official scheduling tool here at the College. You can access Calendar in several ways, depending on your operating system. 

If you're a PC...

You can use calendar with Outlook 2010 on your desktop or laptop, as long as you are using W&M Internet. When you're off campus you'll have to use calendar via Outlook Web Apps (OWA), the web-based version of Outlook.

If you're a Mac...

You can use calendar with Outlook 2011 or iCal on your desktop or laptop, as long as you are using W&M Internet. When you're off campus you'll have to use calendar via Outlook Web Apps (OWA), the web-based version of Outlook.

Note:  Scheduling with VIMS
VIMS is a bit different than other W&M departments and schools.  Use the @vims.edu email address to make an appointment or meeting with a faculty or staff member from VIMS.  If you use the @wm.edu address instead, the Scheduling Assistant will only display a row of hash lines.  You would be able to see the actual schedule using the @vims.edu address.
