Congratulations! You are about to graduate from William & Mary. With that accomplishment, comes a lot of questions about what happens next. While we don't know where your next steps may take you, we can tell you what will happen with your access to W&M IT services after you graduate.
This list also applies to anyone that graduated after 2007. If you graduated prior to 2007, contact the Technology Support Center for details.
You will continue to have access to your WMapps account and your password will never expire. This applies to all WMApps services, such as email and Drive.
Similar to your WMapps email account, you will be able to use Banner. Please note that your Banner password will expire annually and you will receive notifications to change your password.
Unlike your WMapps email account and Banner, Blackboard will expire 8 months after your graduation date.
You will be able to use the W&M licensed version of Microsoft Office until 8 months after your graduation. After this time period, you will only be able to use Microsoft Office as a read-only program. To continue to create and edit documents, you may purchase Microsoft Office.
Home Drive (H: Drive)
Your H:Drive (for on-campus file storage) will also expire 8 months after your graduation date. Make sure to move your files to another storage service (like Google Drive in your WMApps account) before the service expires!
