Banner | Wednesday, Dec. 20 5:00pm - Friday, December 22, 7:00pm
Banner will undergo a prolonged maintenance period at the start of the winter holiday break. During this maintenance window all Banner systems, including Self-Service, Banner Admin, and Banner reports will be unavailable. Banner-dependent systems will also be impacted by this outage.
Network Storage Drives | Wednesday, Dec. 27 | XXXX 8:00am - 12:00pm (noon)
Network storage drives will be unavailable as they undergo maintenance. Unavailable drives include: H:, G:, P:, U: (Banner jobs), AC Store, stat.wm.edu, or anything with "jonesfiles" in the network address.
Make sure any automated network-drive dependent jobs are not scheduled during this maintenance window. Please don't run Banner jobs during this window. If you experience any difficulty connecting to the drives after the maintenance, restart your computer.

Internet Service | Wednesday, January 3 | 6:00pm - 12:00am (midnight)
The primary Internet service provider for W&M will be performing maintenance throughout the evening. We will be using our back-up service provider throughout the maintenance period. Expect some brief outages (lasting about five minute each) as switch service from one provider to the other.
Router Upgrade | Sunday, January 7 | XXXXX
There will be multiple intermittent network outages due to a router upgrade. Phone service will also be impacted by this outage. XXXXX (more details needed!)
